Assistant Manager- Sales, Enterprise and Data Centre
Location: Bengaluru, India
Role Description
Rosenberger Interconnect India Private Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager- Sales for the Enterprise and Data Centre markets. The role focuses on driving sales strategy and key account management for products covering Structured Cabling, Datacenter, FTTx-ODN Network, Industrial Cabling, and more.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales for Enterprise and Data Centre markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the region.
- Engage with internal and external resources to drive opportunities.
- Work on RFP/RFQ and provide the best solutions and services to customers.
- Quantify and articulate the value of Rosenberger products and solutions.
- Regularly arrange certification and product training for partners and customers.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
- Manage key accounts and build strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering or Technology is mandatory; Post graduation/MBA would be preferred.
- Work Experience: 7–8 years of experience in sales in Enterprise, Data Centre & Cabling Industry.
