Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer_Project Management

About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer_Project Management for GI BU in India. The role focuses on executing component project management, ensuring seamless project execution from acquisition to series release.

Responsibilities

• Collect project data to facilitate customer project acquisition.
• Facilitate seamless execution of project post acquisition.
• Manage manufacture relocation topics.
• Define project charter and align with necessary stakeholders.
• Document as per project requirement/progress systematically.
• Participate/lead audits with necessary preparation.
• Escalate in case of deviations/risk.
• Coordinate, support & ensure execution of mitigation plan along with CFT.
• Report cost impact and obtain management decision/approvals.
• Track project efforts and budget.
• Align with team leader and obtain support/decision.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile).
• MBA (desirable).
• 0-3 years of experience in execution of project management.
