About the Position

We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Transformation to lead the digital and operational transformation of the organization, ensuring the seamless integration of technology with business operations to drive innovation, growth, and enhanced customer experiences.
Responsibilities

Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations across sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Manage the implementation of data-driven methodologies to monitor, evaluate, and improve performance.

Innovation and Digital Transformation:
- Research and manage the deployment of emerging technologies and innovative solutions to enhance retail operations.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in the competitive retail IT landscape.

Change Management:
- Act as a catalyst for change, supporting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Lead the transition to improved practices through training and mentoring.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Work closely with departments such as Audit, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to ensure cohesive implementation of initiatives.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration across teams to foster innovation.

Project Management:
- Ensure all project trackers and escalate any deviations from timelines and present status updates.
- Ensure sustainability of execution/implementation post roll-out and track ROI.
Requirements

Functional / Technical Competencies:
- Understanding of Retail Business
- Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Agile and Project Management Methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong understanding of AI and data analytics
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in process optimization and performance measurement tools
- Understanding of inventory and stock management processes

Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in retail transformation, process optimization, or digital innovation roles.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable results.
