About the Role
Overview
At Sika, we are dedicated to providing the most suitable Sika admixtures to our customers, including ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, and precast producers. If standard admixtures do not meet customer requirements, we suggest suitable modifications in the concrete mix design or, as a last option, modifications in the admixture formulation to meet the concrete requirements.
Responsibilities
- Product Approval: Ensure the approval of new and existing customers, leading to sales growth.
- Product Development: Understand and align product development as per customer requirements.
- Mix Designs: Create mix designs as per customer requirements.
- Laboratory Testing: Conduct testing relating to Concrete, Aggregates, and Cement.
- Record Keeping: Record, analyze, certify, and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems or complaints.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers/contractors on site.
- Product Demonstration: Engage in product demonstration and testing.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the Sales team to conduct trials at site.
- Market Trends: Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in the market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions.
