About the Position

We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager_Customer Project Manager to join Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd, a 100% Bosch-owned company in India. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and success in automotive projects, focusing on hydraulic brake system parts and vehicle safety components.

Responsibilities

• Project Manager for OE customers
• "Entrepreneur" of New Product development projects
• Achievement of business targets through management of innovative solutions
• Set-up of Project-Charter and Project management plan
• Define Top-Level project schedule
• Assure achievements of project objectives and targets
• Perform Project Risk Management
• Ensure customer sample quality and timing
• Estimate and track project costs
• Project budgeting and control of project profit
• Prepare and present project status
• Responsible for achievement of the PM-KPI’s (CPC completeness and consistency, OTD, EBIT)
• Responsible for achievement of project targets and KPIs (on time, on spec, on quality, on budget/ profit, customer satisfaction)
• Manage interface between customer and project team
• Lead & develop project team; issue project related instructions
• Decide within scope of the project
• Maintain all internal and external documentation
• Perform Lessons Learned and Final Project Review
• Perform Stakeholder Management
• Support and execute various change management requests from customer
• Coordinate approvals for Bosch requested changes
• Support AcM during acquisition phase
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Responsible for project-specific decision-making

Requirements

• Engineering degree (BE)
• Minimum 5-7 years in Project management, Key account management, Engineering, manufacturing
• Working experience at an Automotive company preferably handling OEMs
