Assistant Project Manager

If you have experience in construction or design and speak English at a conversational level, we welcome you to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients (Email, Zoom): gather and clarify requirements, form action plans in English.
• Plan the team's workload, track task completion, and ensure timely reporting.
• Optimize processes, implement improvements, and enhance work quality.
• Coordinate the work of teams (engineers, team leads) across multiple projects.
• Facilitate effective interaction between the team and clients.

Requirements

• Experience working as a manager in engineering, architecture, or construction or practical experience in design.
• Ability to work in a multitasking mode, prioritize tasks.
• Responsibility and focus on results.
