Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Assist the Corporate Sales Manager in selling to existing and new customers.
- Support transactions in the corporate accounting system (Dynamics AX).
- Prepare commercial offers, accounting documents (primary documentation), prepare and coordinate contracts with all involved departments.
- Organize shipment of goods to the customer under supply contracts.
- Report to management in a timely manner.
- Enter information about customers and agreements into the enterprise information system (CRM).
- Interact with both internal company departments and external client departments.
- Make "box sales" to regular customers, for which it is necessary:
- Receive and process requests from customers.
- Prepare and coordinate commercial offers.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting, interaction with accounting (required).
- Experience in management programs.
- Confident use of Microsoft services.
- Developed communication skills and willingness to interact with different departments of our company and the client's company.
Personal Qualities
Communicative, responsible, highly trainable, and result-oriented.
Work Conditions

- Format and working hours: remotely from any city in Ukraine or in the office in Kyiv from 9:00 to 18:00.
- Income: fixed rate + bonus part.
