About the Position

Assistant Team Leader Screen Printing (m/f/d)

H. Marahrens Schilderwerk GmbH is seeking an Assistant Team Leader in Screen Printing to join our team in Bremen, Germany, on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team leader in the management and development of the screen printing team
• Assistance in production and supervision of the entire screen printing process – from preparation to the finished product
• Ensuring compliance with all quality and safety standards
• Participating in the planning and implementation of production targets
• Analyzing production data and deriving measures to increase efficiency
• Maintaining and servicing the printing presses to ensure they run smoothly, including cooperation with service providers
• Setting up the printing machines and monitoring the printing processes

Requirements

• Completed training as a print media technologist (m/f/d) with a focus on screen printing or comparable qualifications
• Several years of experience in screen printing and ideally in leading a team
• Team spirit and an independent and responsible way of working
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German, ideally good knowledge of English
