About the Position
We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant to support our management with daily operations, business communication, and lead generation.

Responsibilities
- Support management with daily operations
- Handle business communication
- Generate leads using various channels
Requirements
- Analytical mindset, ability to work with large amounts of data, experience in finding and collecting information from open sources
- Experience in creating effective cover letters, follow-up messages, and working with CRM systems
- Experience in using lead generation channels (social networks, targeted emails, events, job portals)
- Knowledge of the sales process (sales stages, negotiation principles)
- Proactivity, energy, self-organization, result orientation, prioritization, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of business correspondence principles
- Excellent spoken and written English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Nice to Have
- Experience in a similar administrative or sales position
- Understanding of IT industry specifics
