Your Mission
In the context of our development on the European market and an increase in activity, we are recruiting for the Invoicing department of the group, an Assistant(e) Facturation et Comptable.
Part-time 28 hours - Fixed-term contract of 12 months - Position based in Saint Herblain (44)
Responsibilities
Within our Invoicing department, you will be the primary interface for our business clients and our carrier partners.
You will participate in the implementation of our new accounting system, Business Central.
Your tasks:
- Accounting and control of invoices (clients and carrier suppliers)
- Management of carrier billing claims
- As part of the improvements made to our invoice control tools, you will participate in the testing before the effective implementation
- Management of customer requests and claims (by phone, email)
- Friendly collection follow-up by phone
- Support to the Customer Service team and the Sales Service team
Your Profile
- You are comfortable with numbers and have basic knowledge or initial experience in supplier and customer accounting
- You are dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, and organized
- You enjoy teamwork in an international environment and taking on new challenges
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge or experience in the field of transport and logistics is an asset, but not essential
