Assistenz der Teamleitung - Software Development (w/m/d)
Als Assistenz der Teamleitung - Software Development (w/m/d) bist du hauptverantwortlich für die organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung in operativen sowie strategischen Tätigkeiten unserer Teamleitung des Software Developments. Hierunter fallen folgende Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für Backoffice-Tätigkeiten wie Büroorganisation, Terminkoordination und Reiseplanung
- Kontinuierliche Statuskontrolle von Aufgaben und Projekten zusammen mit der Führungskraft
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Durchführung sowie Nachbereitung von regulären Meetings und Teamevents
- Mithilfe beim Onboarding neuer Kolleg*innen in das Team
- Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenzen (intern und extern) in deutscher sowie englischer Sprache
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Dokumentation interner Teamprozesse
Your Profile
Dein Know-how
- Organisationstalent mit großem Interesse an der IT
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse von Microsoft Office (Word, Excel und Powerpoint)
- Idealerweise hast Du schon mit Confluence oder Jira gearbeitet
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau)
- Wünschenswert wären grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse idealerweise im Softwareumfeld sowie grundlegendes Verständnis für agile Methoden (wie z. B. Scrum oder Ähnliche)
