About the Position

ASSISTENZ SUPPLY CHAIN (M/W/*)

Primetals Technologies, a global leader in equipment manufacturing and services for the metal industry, is seeking a dedicated ASSISTENZ SUPPLY CHAIN (M/W/*) to join our Supply Chain Management (PTAT SC) department in Linz, Austria. Responsibilities

• Termin- und Zeitmanagement: Manage schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Organisation von Geschäftsreisen: Handle travel arrangements, including visas and invitation letters.
• Abstimmung mit HR und Global Mobility: Coordinate with HR and Global Mobility for international assignments.
• Reiseplanung und -kostenabrechnung: Plan and book travel, and manage travel expenses.
• Schnittstelle zwischen Head of Supply Chain und Stakeholdern: Act as a liaison between the Head of Supply Chain and internal/external stakeholders.
• Organisation von Bereichs- und Führungstreffen: Organize and follow up on departmental and management meetings.
• Übernahme kleiner Projektpakete: Take on small project packages.
• Recherche und Aufbereitung strategisch relevanter Themen: Conduct research and prepare strategic topics.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Commercial education or degree.
• Experience: Experience as an executive assistant; supply chain experience is a plus.
• Skills: Organizational talent, discretion, professional demeanor.
• Technical Skills: Very good MS-Office skills, proficiency in German and English.

We Offer

• Compensation: The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement is at least EUR 47,546.94 (E/00) or EUR 53,241.02 (F/00). Overpayment is possible based on education and experience.
