About the Position
We are on the hunt for a remote Associate Operations Specialist with solid English skills to become part of our team at EPAM Systems.
This is a starter role that doesn't require any prior IT background, as thorough training will be provided. You'll be welcomed into a multinational team, helping with the evaluation and verification of technical profiles in a dynamic and cooperative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of IT specialist profiles across an array of international markets
- Contribute to enhancing the EPAM brand and help drive initiatives focused on recruiting exceptional professionals
- Make smart use of internal platforms, resources, and guidelines to fulfill responsibilities
- Work alongside different teams to guarantee smooth collaboration
Requirements
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or above
- No less than six months of experience in administrative roles, sales, IT sourcing, or related domains
- Comfortable working with MS Office tools
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities
- Skill in examining situations and forming judgments based on prior cases or data findings
- Flexible to changing business priorities with a forward-thinking approach
- Strong organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and respecting deadlines
- Quick to learn, with the ability to rapidly absorb fresh information and processes
