Associate Agent (Netherlands - 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Mitek Systems is a global leader in digital & biometric identity authentication, fraud prevention, and mobile deposit solutions. We are currently seeking an Associate Agent to join our team in the Netherlands for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role involves working virtually from your home office, reviewing Proof of Identity (POI) documentation, and real-time images, assessing legitimacy, and accurately entering data into our systems.

Responsibilities

• Review identity documents for administrative and legal accuracy
• Quality-assess images captured by the customer
• Assess whether the document is authentic/fraudulent
• Check the accuracy of information already in the system
• Extract document data and input into the system
• Classify document types
• Identify key document security features

Requirements

• Strong IT literacy
• Strong accurate typing abilities
• Able to work towards targets and performance metrics
• Comfortable adapting to frequent procedural updates
• Clean criminal record (DBS check) and clean credit record (e.g. no CCJ or bankruptcy)
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
• Three references (employment or academic)
• A collaborative, detail-oriented individual
• Continuous learner who values a new challenge
• Effective communicator
• Highly focused, with exceptional attention to detail
• Calm and composed under pressure
• Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
• Punctual, reliable, and highly conscientious

Nice to Have

• Previous office experience in administration or data entry
• An understanding of GDPR
• Criminology background
• Working knowledge of the KYC industry

We Offer

Working Schedule:

• Dependent on shift pattern
• Some weekend, evening and bank holiday availability required
• 8-hour rotating shifts; flexibility across early, afternoon, and late shifts essential

Compensation:

• €15 - €15 an hour
• Competitive basic salary with premiums for weekends, bank holidays, and hours worked between 22:00-06:00
