• Draft, review, and manage complex documentation for high-value asset sales, financing, and leasing agreements.

• Ensure exceptional case management and organisational excellence across all assigned legal matters.

Requirements

• Possess around four or more years of post-qualification experience within a common law jurisdiction.
• Demonstrate a strong background in asset leasing and finance, specifically within aviation, which is an essential requirement for this position.
• Exhibit exceptional legal drafting capabilities alongside superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Display a strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand the broader business implications of financial transactions.
