Associate at the Real Estate Practice

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and assistance to the execution and performance of real property-related contracts (sale and purchase, lease, etc.)
• Offer legal support to construction and development projects
• Provide legal support to communication between parties engaged in construction and development projects and state architecture and construction authorities

Requirements

• A degree in law (completed higher education)
• An advocate’s licence (registered in the Ukrainian Register of Advocates)
• A good command of English (upper-intermediate)
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Professional fluency in oral and written Ukrainian and Russian
• Excellent skills in searching information at https://court.gov.ua/
• Excellent analytical skills
• An ability to formulate and express opinions and arguments in a concise and structured manner, both verbally and in writing

Experience
