About the Position

Associate Business Manager (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Associate Business Manager to join the Sales Department at our Łódź office. You will be part of a dynamic team of five ambitious professionals collaborating with local and international leaders in industries such as banking, retail, logistics, healthcare, and Hi-Tech. If you have a background in selling B2B services and excel at building business relationships, this is your chance to make a significant impact on our growth as a leading IT service provider.

Responsibilities

Selling the full range of services to existing customers and acquiring new clients
Managing a team of Sii Engineers dedicated to your clients
Recruiting IT engineers to support client needs
Building and nurturing relationships with current clients while providing exceptional daily customer service
Preparing offers and presentations for clients
Collaborating with Sii Competency Centers and the Recruitment Department to implement new services for clients
Coordinating the entire sales process, including contract negotiations
Actively participating in pre-sales processes when preparing and selling solutions to clients

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
Higher education degree, preferably in IT or Business
Experience collaborating with international companies
Strong independence and professionalism, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Initiative, creativity, a can-do attitude, and goal orientation
Experience in sales prospecting and market analysis for sales strategy
Outstanding self-motivation and negotiation skills in English
Advanced level of Polish
Willingness to work from the office at least 3 days per week

Nice to Have

Experience in selling IT, consulting, and outsourcing services
Knowledge of the German language at B2 level
