Associate Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Supervise contractors onsite to ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
- Verify onsite work to confirm that the delivered quality meets all specifications and standards.
- Assist and guide contractors in resolving constructability, scheduling, and inspection issues as they arise.
- Support the planning and implementation of project schedules and budgets.
- Review and manage the flow of submittals related to owner-furnished items.
- Coordinate onsite sequencing for installations, utility companies, and facility turnover to operations.
Requirements
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Project.
- Strong onsite supervision experience, ideally supporting multiple contractors and workstreams.
- Ability to verify construction quality and flag inconsistencies or risks proactively.
- Solid understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to ensure alignment across contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

- Competitive base salary range of $114,000 - $134,000 per year.
