About the Position

Associate Consultant Strategy & Transaction Private Equity (m/f/d)

Join Analysys Mason as an Associate Consultant in Strategy & Transaction Private Equity, where you'll contribute to digital transformation and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the execution of transactions, including the creation of commercial fact books and information memoranda
• Supporting growth strategies by assisting our clients in implementing their buy-and-build/platform strategies
• Identifying investment opportunities through target screenings
• Contributing to market modelling and business plan validation
• Conducting primary (particularly expert interviews) and secondary research for market, customer, and competitor analyses
• Supporting product development and project- and theme-related customer management

Requirements

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree
• Initial practical experience in the consulting field (with a focus on Transaction Advisory Services/M&A), private-equity, or venture capital
• Team player who actively contributes to the overall success of the team and the company
• Eager to keep learning and open to new challenges
• Proficient MS Office skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent language skills in German and English
