Associate Consultant Transaction Advisory / Strategy (m/f/d)

OMMAX GmbH, a leading digital strategy consultancy, is seeking an Associate Consultant in Transaction Advisory / Strategy to join our team in München, London, or Amsterdam. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital future in a highly motivated and smart team, working directly with founders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support management teams and investors in the development of commercial, digital, tech, and data due diligence analyses for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Analyze (digital) business models for leading private equity clients in an international environment.
• Support the development of equity stories and digital value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of our private equity clients.
• Identify consulting needs, structure complex problems, and contribute to the development of strategic solutions.
• Analyze the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and its application fields.
• Collaborate closely with our internal digital, data, and strategy expert teams.
• Prepare presentations and analyses for client projects and support workshops, meetings, research initiatives, and business analyses.

Requirements

• Very good university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree with a focus on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing is a plus).
• Initial practical experience in (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, consulting, or digital marketing.
• Strong affinity for technology, particularly in digital marketing, tech, or AI.
• Strong analytical skills combined with creative and conceptual thinking.
• Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented and team-oriented manner with high motivation and passion for your work.
• Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
