About the Position
Associate Director ERP Integration & Solution Architecture - SCM
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director ERP Integration & Solution Architecture - SCM to join our team at BioNTech. In this role, you will design and implement ERP solutions that drive efficiency and scalability across our core business processes.
Responsibilities
- Design SAP architectures to optimize logistics, procurement, sales, planning, manufacturing, and quality processes
- Develop roadmaps and solution designs aligned with IT and business stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership, lead SAP projects, including module integration and technology implementation
- Ensure compliance with SOX404, IT standards, and GxP regulations
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies
Requirements
- Higher education degree in a relevant field with 7 years+ professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of integrated ERP systems and SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, EWM, PP, PM, QM)
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry standards like GxP and SOX404 regulations
- Expertise in large-scale ERP transformations and business programs
- Strong communication skills for collaboration in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
