About the Position

Associate Director, Product Marketing

IQM is redefining how modern advertisers navigate complex, highly regulated media environments. Our AI-driven media buying platform is built to deliver smarter decision making, greater transparency, and real performance at scale where precision matters most! We're building a team of curious and driven problem solvers who want to make an impact and help define what's next in advertising.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Associate Director, Product Marketing to own IQM's go-to-market and product marketing engine across our high-stakes, regulated verticals. You'll build the repeatable launch systems and clear product narratives that turn complex adtech into real market performance.

This role is hybrid, meaning team members are expected to work one to two days per week in person at one of our office locations in either NY or DC.

At this time, IQM does not sponsor new applicants for employment authorization for this position.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Systems & Launch Ops: Own a repeatable launch framework - define alpha/beta/GA gates, launch checklists, QA/readiness mandates, and standardized launch packages so GTM is ready the moment the product is.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Translate complex adtech capabilities into clear, human-first narratives and value props by persona and vertical, responding quickly to bespoke, in-the-moment opportunities while keeping product voice and positioning consistent.
  • Enablement & Competitive Intelligence: Build and maintain battle cards, comparisons, objection handling, demos, and pitch/enablement content; train the field.
  • AI-Powered GTM Engine: Design, build, audit, and modernize AI/LLM "skills" and workflows that scale PMM output and keep assets current.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Product (US + India pods), Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Events to align roadmap, messaging, and market needs; own the workstream end to end.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in product marketing / GTM in adtech, with hands-on experience shipping high-stakes products to market.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem - DSPs, CTV, audience targeting, and partnership / supply ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to translate technical product depth into clear, simple, human-first messaging (writing sample required).
  • Track record building repeatable GTM / launch systems (alpha/beta/GA, QA, launch packages) - process discipline and follow-through to completion.
  • Ability to project manage from start to launch with attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative, self-directed IC who owns and finishes workstreams; comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • Background at a specialized / independent DSP.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tooling to build and maintain GTM "skills" / workflows.
  • Monday.com proficiency (big plus).
  • Exposure to regulated verticals (political and/or healthcare) - helpful, not required.

We Offer

  • 100% Employer-Paid Healthcare: IQM covers 100% of employee healthcare premiums, so you can focus on your work, not your benefits costs.
  • Health & Wellness: Stay in top shape with multiple medical plan options, plus dental and vision coverage. A healthy smile and clear vision go a long way.
  • Future Proof Your Finances: Our 401(k) program comes with a 3% company match, and you can save anywhere from 1% to 80% of your paycheck, whether retirement means a beach, the mountains, or something in between.
  • Total Well-Being: From physical health to mental wellness and financial peace of mind, we offer resources to support every part of your journey, so you can feel great and do your best work.
