About the Position
Associate Finance Director, Business Partnering - FMCG MNC
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will work closely with the commercial, supply chain, and sub-cluster finance leads to provide sales performance analysis, monitor results versus budget by brands, channels, and country level. You will drive complex business reviews with C-suites on a macro perspective and cascade it down to the cluster leaders to achieve strategic business growth objectives. With full P&L ownership, you will create valuable data analytics while delivering straightforward business plans and drive commercial excellence.

Requirements
- Degree qualified
- At least 12 years of experience as a finance business partner, preferably within fast-paced FMCG industries
- Agile with numbers and strong commercial acumen
- Independent and comfortable working as an individual contributor
