Associate, HR Shared Services

Gurugram, India

The Americas HR Shared Services team, based in Gurugram, comprises four members, including the team lead, and supports operations across 4 countries in the Americas region. The team manages end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, covering activities across the hire-to-retire spectrum.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Payroll inputs, benefits enrolment and cancellations, reporting and reconciliations
• Administration of meal vouchers and transport reimbursements
• Handling tax-related files and managing ad hoc documentation
• Supporting background checks for interns, contractors, and new hires
• Onboarding, probation management, and offboarding processes

Position Expectations

• Individual Contributor as part of the HR Shared Services team in India
• Process backend transactions related to General Employee Queries, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and other crucial departments
• Meet relevant SLAs and learn newly transitioned processes
• Demonstrate high proficiency in agreed critical metrics & SLAs
• Assist in building and maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures for Case Management
• Deliver high-quality and consistent service delivery to all internal customers and partners
• Actively participate in Data Management tasks like Audits, Reporting, Data Entry/Update, etc.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations / Shared Services in an HR Shared Services role for the Americas region
• Expertise in HR Operations with an eye for detail and process adherence
• Self-starter with intrinsic motivation for performance
• Ability to function independently with minimal mentorship and supervision
• Open to working in a 24X7 role
• Agile and capable of taking charge in ambiguous environments
• Proficiency with ticketing tools and excellent in meeting HRSS performance parameters
• Ability to detail processes and suggest improvements
• Comfortable with working in a shift of 6PM-2AM
