About the Position
We are seeking an Associate Intellectual Property with 3-5 years' experience in a law firm to join our team, focusing on IP matters and legal advice.
Responsibilities
- Participating in projects with a primary focus on intellectual property, including providing legal advice on IP issues, responding to client inquiries, and drafting legal documents such as memoranda and agreements.
- Advising on matters related to the development of software, products, and technologies.
- Experience in data protection would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and research skills, good legal writing & drafting skills.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience working on intellectual property matters in a large or boutique law firm.
- Advanced level of English.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well both in a team and individually.
- Ability to adapt to quality standards and project implementation requirements of the firm.
