About the Position
We are seeking an Associate for our Energy practice to work on energy sector projects and the development of relevant legislation. Job duties will include, but are not limited to, legal research and analysis of regulatory issues, as well as drafting contracts, memoranda, and legal opinions, preparing due diligence reports, etc.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and analysis of regulatory issues
- Drafting contracts, memoranda, and legal opinions
- Preparing due diligence reports
- Collaborating with team members on various projects
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law
- Passion for law in the energy sector
- Relevant work experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer (advantage)
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical, legal writing, and research skills
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to work, initiative
