About the Position
Associate Manager Software Engineering / RR-0447985
We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager Software Engineering with 10-15 years of experience to lead our software engineering team in Noida, India.
Responsibilities
- Assist and troubleshoot in production Mainframe environment.
- Technical Proficiency in Cobol, JCL, DB2.
- Providing technical support of the Mainframe applications.
- Design, code, test and debug Mainframe programs and source code.
- Evaluate, analyze, and test improvements as required to complex modules meeting the coding standards.
- Provide prime assistance toward application releases installation into production under given direction.
- Analyze batch and online flows and create SOPs and other operational documents.
- Coordinate and involve in peer reviews and walkthroughs.
- Plan and implement every needed process steps as defined in methodologies.
- Life Insurance Domain knowledge is preferred.
Requirements
- 10+ years of WMA/Vantage Product knowledge with an overall experience of 10-15 Years.
- Full-time employment.
- Cobol, JCL, DB2 proficiency.
