Associate M&A Advisory (m/w/d) | Deloitte
Deloitte is seeking an Associate M&A Advisory to join their team in Frankfurt am Main or Munich, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Support the M&A Advisory team in various merger and acquisition projects.
- Assist in the preparation of financial analyses, due diligence reports, and valuation models.
- Collaborate with senior advisors and clients to deliver high-quality advisory services.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
