We are hiring an Associate, Operational Risks and Safety to join our Corporate Affairs team in Hong Kong SAR. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Participate in risk analytics and incident reporting to ensure operational safety of our business.
- Support in implementing platform worker and goods protection programme.
- Design worker's claim workflow for markets with relevant laws.
- Prepare business requirement documents and ISO related documents.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives, e.g. crisis management and de-escalation.
- Coordinate with other functions and cities, and external agencies.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
- A recognized bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing high turnover and daily waged workforce.
- Experience in defending litigation and prosecution.
- Ability to conduct predictive performance analytics.
- Ability to negotiate and reach settlement.
- Good understanding of human error.
