Associate Partner Manufacturing & Consumer Packaged Goods

About the Position

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Associate Partner Manufacturing & Consumer Packaged Goods to strengthen our consulting activities in the manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods sector in the Netherlands. In this client-focused leadership role, you will help organizations within the manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods sectors to accelerate their digital transformation and improve operational performance through innovative technology and business transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Advising boards, operations leadership, and technology leaders on strategic transformation initiatives within manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods.
• Identifying, developing, and closing complex consulting opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Designing end-to-end transformation programs focused on operational excellence, digital manufacturing, and future-proof operations.
• Building trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders at the C-level and senior management.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams within complex consultancy and transformation projects.
• Developing proposals around themes such as Smart Manufacturing, AI, OT/IT convergence, supply chain resilience, and connected operations.
• Translating market developments and technological innovations into concrete business cases and execution strategies.
• Collaborating with international consulting, technology, and sales organizations to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Actively contributing to thought leadership, market positioning, and the further growth of the Manufacturing practice.

Requirements

• A completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or Digital Transformation.
• Extensive experience (8–12+ years) in consultancy, manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, digital transformation, or operational improvement environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing domains such as:
  • Smart Manufacturing / Industry 4.0
  • Operational Excellence / Lean
  • Supply Chain Transformation
  • Data & AI
  • ERP and MES ecosystems
  • Automation and digital operations
• Experience in client-focused consultancy roles and business development activities.
• Strong commercial insight and a client-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders such as COOs, CIOs, Plant Directors, and Operations Managers.
• Experience in leading teams and delivering transformation programs within complex organizations.
• An existing network within the Dutch manufacturing industry and/or Consumer Packaged Goods sector is a strong asset.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
