About the Position
Join Civitta – an international company with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries. We focus on management consulting, funding, and digital solutions. Originating from Central and Eastern Europe, we also deliver projects across Central Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.
Help companies secure EU and national funding – from grant applications to blended finance solutions. We support start-ups, SMEs, and corporates in scaling innovation projects.
You’ll work alongside founders, and international partners across green tech, AI, circular economy, and digital transformation, by empowering different businesses to grow.

In this position, you will play a key role in generating project opportunities and managing initiatives that create lasting societal impact through collaboration with the innovation sector in Poland.

Salary
The monthly salary for this position starts at 20,087 PLN gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
