About the Position
Join Civitta – an international company with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries. We focus on management consulting, funding, and digital solutions. Originating from Central and Eastern Europe, we also deliver projects across Central Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.
We are looking for an Associate Partner | Strategy and Growth in Poland to support private sector clients in growth strategy, market entry, M&A, and business planning. You’ll work on analytical projects that directly shape company direction.

In this position, you will play a key role in generating project opportunities, and managing projects to create a long-lasting societal impact through the work with private sector clients.
Responsibilities
- Support private sector clients in growth strategy, market entry, M&A, and business planning.
- Work on analytical projects that directly shape company direction.

We Offer
- The monthly salary for this position starts at 20,087 PLN gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
