About the Position

Associate Principal Consultant, Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal Consultant, Business Analyst to join our team in the South Asia region. As a key member of our organization, you will lead software development projects and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders of varying levels.
• Create comprehensive and detailed business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Conduct risk assessments, impact analyses, and gap analyses.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage projects and apply project management methodologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on software development projects.
• Strong expertise in software development processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems.
• Proficient in creating comprehensive and detailed business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, impact analyses, and gap analyses.
• Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Continuous learning mindset with a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
