Associate Principal Consultant, Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal Consultant, Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Nagarro. This role is ideal for someone with over 8 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders at all levels
• Create comprehensive and detailed business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
• Conduct risk assessments, impact analyses, and gap analyses
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Apply strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and systems
• Manage projects and apply project management methodologies

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on software development projects
• Strong expertise in software development processes, methodologies, and tools
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficient in creating detailed business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, impact analyses, and gap analyses
• Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies
• Continuous learning mindset with a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
