About the Position
We are looking for an Associate Principal Consultant, Business Analyst to join our team. If you have 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on software development projects, we want you!
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Conduct risk assessments, impact analyses, and gap analyses
- Create comprehensive business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Manage projects and apply project management methodologies
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on software development projects
- Strong expertise in software development processes, methodologies, and tools
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management experience
- Continuous learning mindset with a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
