Responsibilities

• Successfully manage and deliver complex IT projects with a track record of meeting objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Utilize Agile development methodologies, frameworks, and tools to drive project success.
• Handle large-scale, enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams and distributed stakeholders.
• Apply project management methodologies such as PMBOK and PRINCE2, tailoring approaches to project-specific needs.
• Identify project risks, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
• Drive technology-enabled business transformation and align project goals with broader business strategies.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of extensive experience managing and delivering complex IT projects.
• Proven experience in delivering projects using Agile development methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in technology-enabled business transformation.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Continuous learning mindset.
