Associate Principal Engineer - Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation: Gather and analyze data related to the change efforts, such as employee feedback, engagement levels, and performance metrics.
• Project Management Methodologies: Lead initiatives and get them planned with the development team with prior communication with different stakeholders.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to different audiences, including employees, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Change Management: Experience in managing change lifecycle during project maintenance phase. Ability to lead initiatives and get that planned with the development team with prior communication with different stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with various stakeholders who are affected by the change. Understand the changes users would like to the products, explain product capabilities, set expectations, and communicate progress updates with customers.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt in response to changing circumstances.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Think creatively and find innovative solutions to address issues in navigating the change process.
• Influence and Persuasion: Be persuasive communicators to gain buy-in from stakeholders and inspire employees to embrace the change.
• Coordination with Support Team: Serve as a bridge between end users and the development team for any issue resolution. Analyze issues and patterns for proactive quality improvement.
