Associate Principal Engineer(Delivery Manager)

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 9-11 years of project management expertise to lead our new office setup in China. The ideal candidate will drive operations, ensure seamless establishment of the office, and manage projects from various locations.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Delivery: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Coordinate with global teams to ensure projects meet business goals and client expectations.
• Talent Acquisition & Team Building: Partner with HR and leadership to hire top talent. Build and mentor a strong team, ensuring alignment with company values and performance standards.
• Operational Support & Issue Resolution: Act as the go-to person for any operational or setup issues within the office and work closely with HR, IT, and facilities teams to resolve them quickly.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as a liaison between the global teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and priorities. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of office setup, team performance, and project progress.
• Entrepreneurial Leadership: Possess a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges in an evolving business environment. Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization. Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity within the office.

Requirements

• Must Have Skills:

  • 9-11 years of experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in project delivery, team building, and operational management, ideally with experience in setting up and running new office locations.
  • Should have experience in Retail CPG and e-Commerce business.
  • Should be able to handle the portfolio of approximately $3 to $5 million.
  • Project Management methodologies (Expert).
