About the Position
We are seeking a Logistics Sourcing Associate to support procurement activities across North America (NA) and LATAM. This role will focus on logistics-related indirect procurement, driving value through cost optimization, supplier management, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and procurement activities across logistics categories for NA and LATAM markets.
- Manage and evaluate suppliers across freight, packaging, and warehousing services.
- Analyze and balance cost, service reliability, and risk in sourcing decisions.
- Contribute to sourcing strategies for multimodal freight, packaging, and warehousing operations.
- Track and interpret commodity indices (e.g., resin, steel, fuel, labor, space) to support commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics-related indirect procurement or sourcing.
- Strong understanding of freight modes (air, ocean, road), packaging types, and warehousing services.
- Knowledge of multimodal logistics and supply chain operations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret market and cost drivers.
- Experience supporting NA and LATAM markets preferred.
