Associate Project Manager

Locations: Bhopal / Delhi

Type: Full Time / Hybrid

This is a hands-on role that goes beyond basic coordination. From week one, you’ll be working on real projects, collaborating with developers and clients, and leveraging AI-powered workflows as part of day-to-day execution.

We're an AI-first team. We use tools like Claude daily for ticket creation, documentation, knowledge bases, and client communication. If you're already experimenting with AI tools and want to work somewhere that takes that seriously, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and clients on real projects
• Utilize AI-powered workflows in daily tasks
• Engage in ticket creation, documentation, and client communication

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Project Management (PM), Business Analysis (BA), Quality Assurance (QA), tech support, or any tech-adjacent role.
• Experience in delivering at least one technology project.
• Understanding of SDLC basics, development phases, and what QA means.
• Familiarity with Jira or any project management tool.
• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, in writing and in person.
• Curiosity about AI and openness to building with it.
