Responsibilities
- Support execution of buy-side, sell-side, strategic partnership, joint venture, and fundraising mandates.
- Prepare transaction marketing materials including teasers, information memorandums (IMs), financial models, and deal-related presentations.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence workstreams involving financial, commercial, tax, and legal advisors.
- Assist in managing virtual data rooms and transaction processes.
- Assist senior bankers in preparing pitch books, strategic presentations, and sector update presentations.
- Research emerging investment themes, sector-related developments, and various transactions.
- Prepare sector reports, industry maps, company profiles, and market assessments.
- Contribute to client pitches and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA from Premier / Top Institutes
- Experience: Front End Investment Banking Experience of 1 - 3 years
