This is your opportunity to step into a hands-on Scrum Master role where you’ll empower cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact digital solutions. Responsibilities
- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, refinements) to keep teams aligned and productive
- Support 2–4 Agile squads, ensuring delivery flows smoothly and consistently
- Partner with Product Owners and BAs to ensure well-defined, prioritised user stories
- Help teams deliver accurate estimations and maintain sprint cadence
- Remove blockers quickly by collaborating with stakeholders and enabling team ownership
- Track team health, velocity, and capacity, proactively identifying risks and improvements
- Drive continuous improvement, refining ways of working at squad and programme level
- Promote a high-performance Agile culture, built on transparency, collaboration, and accountability
- Coach teams to become self-organising and cross-functional
- Manage dependencies and keep delivery aligned with the most impactful priorities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role within cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, principles, practices)
- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile rituals
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools
- Good understanding of estimation techniques (Story Points, T-shirt sizing, velocity)
- Ability to remove blockers and manage dependencies effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments
- Ability to foster team collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Basic understanding of technical environments and development pipelines
Nice to Have
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments
- Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD delivery models
- Background in financial services or regulated environments
- Experience coaching teams at different Agile maturity levels
- Degree in a relevant field (Tech, Engineering, Business, etc.)
