Responsibilities
As an Associate Solutions Engineer in the Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) in the Netherlands, you will:
- Collaborate with industry experts and gain hands-on experience in technical sales.
- Develop skills in AI, Networking, and Cloud.
- Participate in immersive training and foundational technical skill-building.
- Complete three rotational assignments for real-world technical sales experience.
- Transition into a Solutions Engineer role to discover, demonstrate, and design solutions for complex customer challenges.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Technical degree (Engineering, CS, STEM) or proof of technical curiosity.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
- AI-native mindset with a high degree of learning agility.
- Passion for networking and software (Java/Python).
- High emotional intelligence and analytical resilience.
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex technologies.
