About the Position
Associate Staff Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Associate Staff Engineer for our L2/L3 Support team. This role is based in Mexico City, Mexico and requires a full-time commitment.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 Support
- Utilize T-SQL, C#, and .NET skills
- Assist with SQL and helpdesk tasks
- Communicate effectively with end users
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving
Requirements
- 5+ years of Experience
- Proficiency in T-SQL
- Experience with C#
- Knowledge of .NET
- Strong SQL skills
- Helpdesk experience
- Ability to read .NET
- Good communication skills
