About the Position
We are looking for an Associate/VP, M&A for a leading European bank to join our SEA Corporate Finance / M&A team in Southeast Asia. You will support the origination and execution of strategic corporate transactions across diversified sectors, from client pitch to deal completion. Additionally, you will construct advanced financial models to evaluate complex business performance metrics and analyze diverse capital structures.
