About the Position
Associate/Senior Associate - Operations
Join WNS (Holdings) Limited (NYSE: WNS), a leading Business Process Management (BPM) company, as an Associate/Senior Associate - Operations. In this full-time role, you will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and meet quality targets.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
- Research and resolve customer issues using the tools and applications provided
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively
- Maintain expected Quality Targets
- Ensure the Average Handling Time, Average Speed of Answer, and Answer Rate targets are met
- Meet internal Production, Utilization, and Productivity targets
Requirements
- Graduate fresher’s or HSC with a minimum of 6 months of experience
- Proficient in computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service practices
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
