(Asst.) Customer Service Officer

About the Position

Avery Dennison Corporation, a global materials science and digital identification solutions company, is seeking a dedicated (Asst.) Customer Service Officer to join our team in Guangzhou, China. As part of our team, you will engage with clients, handle inquiries, and contribute to our team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• 执行公司客户服务流程，受理订单，检查订单执行情况，促进订单履行的及时性及准确性，确保符合客户要求。
• 通过电话、电邮、传真等渠道，及时受理及跟进客户的咨询、建议及意见。
• 遵循公司的流程及服务标准，及时受理及跟进客户投诉。
• 通过日常工作与客户建立良好的合作关系，主动分析潜在销售机会，促成更多订单成交并积极配合主管完成团队销售目标。
• 完成公司及部门各项要求，如服务水平、成本控制、质量成本等方面。
• 遵守公司各项政策、系统操作规程及规章制度，积极配合和参与公司质量认证、安全及5S等在部门内的开展。
• 积极支持和协助部门其他员工完成各项任务及目标，开展跨部门团队合作，推动订单及项目执行。
• 积极参与公司各类型改善项目，配合及参与个人及部门业绩考核。
• 参与及提供对新员工的指导和培训，完成管理人员及上司安排的其他工作。

Requirements

• 大专或以上学历，具备2年以上相关行业（如跟单、客户服务等）工作经验。
• 英语听说读写熟练，熟悉电脑操作、Windows操作系统及办公软件（Word, Excel等）。
• 以客户为导向，关注客户需求，具备良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心。
• 具备良好的表达能力和沟通能力。
• 具备一定的应变能力、协调能力、问题处理能力及危机意识，能独立处理紧急问题与事件。
• 工作态度积极主动。
• 具备一定的分析问题能力，擅长数据处理。
• 具有辅导或培训新员工经验者优先考虑。
