Job Description

As an Asst Manager / Deputy Manager - Traded Goods Buyer, you will be responsible for:

Initiating and monitoring market research to achieve optimized prices for products and range extension.
Monitoring the early warning system to ensure the health of the supply chain.
Planning and executing de-risking strategies to secure a major portion of local and global business.
Meeting department policies and guidelines for compliance adherence.
Initiating sustainability projects for the mobility aftermarket business division for sustainable growth.
Planning and executing digitization projects to save cost and time.
Initiating, planning, and executing projects to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and environment.
Managing budgets within the team and projects to ensure effective and efficient utilization.
Enhancing payment terms with suppliers to improve cash flow.
Planning, improving, and enhancing vendor-managed inventory to improve on-shelf availability.
Implementing process improvements at vendors and within Bosch to ensure product quality and cost benefits.
Executing and managing the purchasing role module in SAP as a key user Pilum to ensure smooth commercial business transactions.

Requirements

Proficient knowledge of supply chain management topics like costing, manufacturing, and operations.
Basic knowledge in demand planning, warehouse, and transportation management.
Basic knowledge of software like SAP, Power BI, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of go-to-market strategies in the Mobility Aftermarket field.
Proficient in tendering and negotiation.
Basic competence in analytical tools.
Proficient in communication skills for effective presentation internally and externally.
B.E/B.Tech in any specialization.
1-2 years of experience in purchasing/supply chain or allied fields.
