Asst. Manager HR administration

About the Position

We are seeking an Asst. Manager HR administration to join our team in Bannikuppe, KA, India. Bosch is a leading supplier of technology and services in the areas of Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. Our Bidadi Plant focuses on Lean & Flat Organization which will constantly strive for Supply Chain Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Establishment Matters: Processing various aspects of employee life cycle related activities and including Long Term Settlement topics pertaining to workmen. Anchoring employee engagement calendar pertaining to workmen and ensuring adherence in close coordination with ER BPs.
• Employees Transportation: Manage and administer the complete fleet of buses deployed by the vendor for employee transport in coordination with the vendor. This includes activities like bus route survey, route rationalization and cost optimization, internal audits, invoice processing, grievance management pertaining to transport, etc.
• Support Towards HR Excellence: Maintain HR Dashboard, ensure upkeep of all processes pertaining to Workmen and Trainees in coordination with ER BPs and support in counselling absenteeism cases.

Requirements

• Education: MSW/ MBA or PGDM in HR
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR/IR domain
• Knowledge:
  • Competent level of knowledge on all applicable labor laws
  • Proficiency level of knowledge in handling employee life cycle
• Functional skills:
  • Competent level of skill in communication and presentation
  • Proficient in Data analytics and interpretation
  • Competent enough to resolve conflict
