About the Position
We are looking for an Asystent/ Asystentka Archiwum Kadrowego to join our HR team in Sopot, handling personnel file creation and documentation archiving.
Responsibilities
- zakładanie i kompletowanie akt osobowych,
- archiwizacja dokumentacji kadrowej zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami,
- wpinanie i porządkowanie dokumentów pracowniczych,
- weryfikacja poprawności i kompletności dokumentacji,
- sprawdzanie specyfikacji oraz zestawień kadrowych,
- przygotowywanie dokumentów do archiwizacji,
- wsparcie zespołu HR w bieżących zadaniach administracyjnych.
Requirements
- dokładność, skrupulatność i dobra organizacja pracy,
- odpowiedzialne podejście do powierzonych zadań,
- umiejętność pracy z dokumentacją i dbałość o szczegóły,
- znajomość pakietu MS Office (w szczególności Excel i Outlook),
Nice to Have
- mile widziane: status studenta, pełna dyspozycyjność w dni robocze (poniedziałek-piątek) oraz doświadczenie w pracy administracyjnej, kadrowej lub archiwizacyjnej.
